Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap turnover intention dengan employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi. Maka penelitian ini dilakukan melalui metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan metode survey berupa observasi,wawancara dan kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 perawat Rumah Sakit Unipdu Medika Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dan analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan pengujian hipotesis sobel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa employee engagement mampu memediasi hubungan antara perceived organizational support terhadap turnover intention perawat Rumah Sakit Unipdu Medika Jombang. Kata kunci : Perceived Orgnizational Support, Employee Engagement, Turnover Intention
