Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengerti tentang strategi pemasaran Warung Semox. Melalui wort of mouth yang baik dan lewat youtube yang akhir nya warung semox di kenal banyak orang , maka hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat beberapa wort of mouth yang baik dan viral karna youtube untuk memasarkan warungsemox. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif studi kasus. Data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Kata kunci : Viral,Youtube,Wort Of Mouth
