Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention at PT. Finansia Multi Finance Mojokerto. This research described the relationship among the explanatory variables through hypothesis testing research. Population and sample involved in this study were all employees of the marketing division by 55 employees. The data analized by using simple linear regression. The results showed that There was a negative effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention at PT. Finansia Multi Finance Mojokerto. It means that the lower the job satisfaction will increase intentions out employees, and the opposite if the employee satisfaction has increased, the turnover intention employees will decline. To reduce the level of intentions out the management needs to be more attention to the relationship between employees in the working group to support the work of the team as well as aspects such as by providing a holiday together, to establish kinship among employees so the employees feel comfortable, do not think to leave the organization and looking for job in other organizations as well as loyalty to the company.
