Abstract
This study analyzes the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on organizational commitment and employee performance. In addition, this study also analyzed the indirect effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance through organizational commitment. The population of this research is all employees Tjoekir Jombang Sugar Factory as 262 people to sample as many as 157 people. Analysis of the data used in the studies using path analysis The results showed that leadership style and organizational culture directly affects organizational commitment, leadership styles, organizational culture and organizational commitment directly affect employee performance, organizational commitment is able to mediate the effect between leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance. In order to improve his leadership, the leadership needs to do the training and leadership development at regular intervals, so that every action has a charm and should be followed, as well as exemplary. In addition, leadership needs to maintain the norms and values, to motivate employees to have a sense of courage in expressing his opinion in order to achieve harmonization of innovation and creating relationships between employees Key words: leadership style, buday organization, organizational commitment and employee performance
