Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan bank-bank BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berupa neraca dan laporan laba rugi bank-bank BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2020, analisis data menggunakan metode statistik regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Good Corporate Governance terhadap kinerja keuangan bank BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2020 dan terdapat pengaruh ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan bank BUMN tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2020. Kata Kunci : Good Corporate Governance, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Kinerja Keuangan
