Abstract

Pada PT.Bank BPR Jatim Bank UMKM Jawa Timur Cabang Jombang sering dijumpai kendala dalam pencapaian kinerja. Perlu di pahami bahwa kinerja dapat dipengaruhi berbagai faktor, seperti pemberian Reward maupun Punishment, maka dilakukan penelitian dengan judul Pengaruh Reward and Punishment terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Bank BPR Jatim Bank UMKM Jawa Timur Cabang Jombang. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Reward kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang, sampel penelitian menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus). Kata Kunci: Reward and Punishment,Kinerja Karyawan.
