Abstract
Increasingly rapid of the business world and therefore the company should have a workable marketing strategy for the company to win the competition. In identifying and formulating marketing strategies is one method that can use the SWOT. SWOT analysis is helpful in analyzing the strength of the company that owned the company and weaknesses in the company, as well as how big the opportunity could be taken to the company and the threats faced. This study describes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that are owned by PT Columbia electronics and furniture Jombang presented in the form of a simple table of data so that companies can determine the right marketing strategy. The results showed that the strategy should be applied is the use of personal selling. The system or method because it raised the prospect to do with launched by the company, or relationships.
