Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemilikan Institusional dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada perusahaan BUMN terdaftar di BEI 2018-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari BEI. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 sampel yang terdiri atas 8 perusahaan dengan laporan keuangan selama 5 tahun periode 2018-2022. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji t test parsial, Uji Asumsi Klasik yang terdiri atas Uji Normalitas, Uji Autokorelasi, Uji Heterokedastisitas, Uji Multikolonieritas. Dalam penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa Kepemilikan Institusional berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Kepemilikan Institusional, Profitabilitas, Nilai Perusahaan
