Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Struktur Aktiva (SA) dan Kepemilikan Manajerial (KM) terhadap Struktur Modal (DER). Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2014-2017 yang berjumlah 43 perusahaan. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling sehingga di peroleh 9 perusahaan yang menjadi sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian Uji T dapat dijelaskan bahwa Struktur Aktiva tidsak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal dan Kepemilikan Manajerial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal Kata Kunci : Struktur Aktiva (SA), Kepemilikan Manajerial (KM), dan Struktur Modal (DER)
