Abstract
Abstract This study aims to determine the readiness of teachers to apply online learning at SMA YPM 3 Sumobito. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data sources in this study were obtained or collected directly from the data sources. The technique used to collect data is through observation and interviews with teachers who provide information regarding the problem under study. The results of the research regarding the readiness of teachers to online learning at SMA YPM 3 Sumobito, namely the readiness of online learning to make students less active. Factors that affect online learning difficulties for students are: a) teachers find it difficult to explain the material to students, b) when giving assignments, students only copy and paste the assignments of their friends through whatsApp groups, c) the difficulty is that it is difficult to monitor one by one, d) time online learning is also limited to only one hour, e) students find it difficult to be active in online learning like this, because they are concerned with what life they do.
