Abstract

Abstract Digital literacy is a concept that talks about the relevant literacy as well as competence-based literacy and technological skills, communication, but emphasizes better information evaluation capabilities. In addition, digital literacy is very important and it is our duty to include all parents in it, to provide a broad knowledge of the information contained in the media and the internet. Because there is still a lot of information that is in the internet media is less genuine or fake, so less good to read by people. Then our task must know the information we take from the internet whether it can be accounted kebenaranya or vice versa. For that let us be a milineal generation that is identical with bold character, innovative, creative, modern and active work, so that we can provide positive knowledge and information for the young generation. This study, shown to analyze and reveal the phenomenon of digital literacy in the millenial era. In collecting, revealing various problems to be achieved then, this research is done by analytical descriptive study approach. The analytical descriptive approach itself is a research method based on postpositivist philosophy which is usually used to examine the natural objective conditions in which the researcher serves as a key instrument expressing apparent or appropriate facts which are then accompanied by conclusions based on the historical facts.
