Abstract
Abstract ___________________________________________________________________ This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence between leadership and work motivation variables on employee performance (Case Study at PT. Sejahtera Usaha Bersama, Jombang Regency). This study uses quantitative methods with the instrument used in the form of a questionnaire. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 35 respondents using random sampling techniques. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis and t test. The results showed: 1) leadership variables have an effect on employee performance at PT. Sejahtera Usaha Bersama Jombang. 2) work motivation variable has an effect on employee performance at PT. Sejahtera Usaha Bersama Jombang. 3) Leadership and Work Motivation variables together have an effect on Employee Performance at PT. Sejahtera Usaha Bersama Jombang. ©
