Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to acknowledge: (1) The influence of motivation towards labor productivity the Clinic Pratama Aulia Jombang, (2) The influence of communication climate towards labor productivity the Clinic Pratama Aulia Jombang, (3) The influence of motivation and communication climate towards labor productivity the Clinic Pratama Aulia Jombang. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this research is the labor of Clinic Pratama Aulia who are about 30 people. The sample in this research is all the population who are going to be experimented with, which are 30 respondents. The sampling technique in this research is non-probability sampling by using saturated sampling. The research result of F-test with significant value 0.00 is smaller than the expected significance 0.05 (0.00<0.05) shows that the motivation variable and communication climate all together influence the labor productivity of Clinic Pratama Aulia Jombang. The T-test result motivation variable with significant value 0.00 is smaller than expected significant level 0.05 (0.00<0.05) shows that motivation influences the labor productivity of Clinic Pratama Aulia Jombang. T-test result communication climate variable with significance value 0.038 which is smaller than the expected significance level 0.05 (0.038>0.05) shows that communication climate influences the labor productivity of Clinic Pratama Aulia Jombang.
