Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Corporate Social Responsibility, Profitabilitas, dan Struktur Modal terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Untuk populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016 -2020. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder laporan keuangan tahunan yang ada di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data seperti analisis regresi berganda dan SPSS sebagai alat bantu untuk mengolah dan menguji data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial CSR tidak berpengaruh positif, ROE tidak berpengaruh negatif dan Struktur modal berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan secara simultan CSR, ROE, dan DER berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
